Clean room with a comfy bed, but the bathroom was in poor condition and not adequately cleaned.

Outdated rooms, inconvenient parking spaces near the rooms!!! Management should consider improving the overall decor and maintenance check for door knobs!!! The area around the pool could really use a facelift!!!

All fine, but bugs

the rooms are infested with cockroaches, which I really didn’t expect from such a so-called ‘Quality’ establishment. also, after having to switch rooms due to a leaking fridge, I thought surely they would compensate me in some way, but nothing. I almost thought about writing a nice review, but just couldn’t.

My kids wished for better accessibility around the pool area.

It was just a balanced option for a short visit in Clute with value for money. The breakfast staff was very attentive and made sure everything was stocked up. Be wary of traffic noise if you get a room near the front.

Couple looking for a clean stay

The room was pretty clean and comfy. The A/C was already set on a cool 72 when I got there, a real treat after the muggy outside. I had enough plugs for all my devices which made life easier. Oh, and they actually had a continental breakfast which was a pleasant surprise. unlike other places I've been.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. Manager Amber was incredibly warm and addressed my concerns about previous reviews, assuring me of the pest issue being resolved and actually providing me with a clean, quiet room. I also appreciated that she took the time to explain breakfast options. Check-out was smooth thanks to Madyson, who answered my questions patiently. One thing to note is that the gaps under the doors might let in some pesky bugs, but a little spray can help keep them out.
